This restriction is out of our control and so unfortunately, we are unable to make any exceptions.

Alternative Options?

If you do not require a Japanese phone number or the ability to call / text, you could consider purchasing a Data-Only SIM or eSIM instead.

Age restrictions do not apply to our data-only products and so this would at least provide you with internet access during your stay.
