Simply send an email to our returns team (within eight days of the activation of your service) and tell us why you are not satisfied: returns@mobal.com
Upon receipt of your request, our returns team will then contact you to provide you with more information.
Please note that shipping charges, plan fees and usage fees are not covered by this policy (only the initial purchase fee will be refundable) and all items that you received from Mobal must be returned (including any accessories etc) in undamaged condition / in the original packaging.
Please also note that the Money Back Guarantee is only valid for a maximum of 3 months from the initial purchase date (if the service has not yet been activated) or a maximum of 8 days from the point of activation.
