When using a Voice+Data SIM / eSIM plan, your incoming calls and your incoming SMS text messages will be free of charge.

To review the usage rates for any outbound calls or outbound SMS text messages, please login to your Mobal online account (MyAccount).

Once you have logged in to your account, please visit the Services section.

You can then click on the link found next to the Usage Rates section for each SIM / eSIM as highlighted in the image below –

Please be advised that the usage reports for your outbound calls / outbound SMS text messages are passed on to us with a delay (of approximately 1-2 months) and so your usage fees will be billed at a later date.
