We regret to inform you that a phone number cannot be transferred from a physical Mobal Voice+Data SIM Card to a Mobal Voice+Data eSIM (or vice versa).

Please also note that physical Mobal SIM cards cannot be converted to a Mobal eSIM and so (even if your device offers you this option) this will not be possible either.

Our network providers have specific limitations in place that prevent us from completing number transfers between the two product types (or converting a physical SIM to an eSIM) and unfortunately, these restrictions are beyond our control.

Should you decide to proceed with your new order (to replace your Mobal physical SIM with a Mobal eSIM or vice versa) the new SIM / eSIM will be assigned a new phone number and your original phone number will be lost once the plan has been fully terminated.

If you have lost your Voice+Data SIM / eSIM and require a replacement of the same product type (and wish to retain your current phone number) however, please follow the instructions found here: Lost/Stolen Reports
