If you have attempted to make a payment via PayPal but your payment was rejected, please be advised that you may still receive an email from PayPal regarding the charge. The email from PayPal can lead to some confusion as it may indicate that the charge was processed successfully (even though your order was rejected / the payment failed to fully process).
If a PayPal payment is rejected, we would recommend that you log in to your PayPal account to get more information. By logging in to your PayPal account, you should be able to check if the money was actually deducted from your account (or if there was just failed attempt to take payment) and hopefully be able to see what’s causing the issue.
Once you have resolved the issue, you can then attempt to make the payment again but if any issues persist and you require further assistance, please send an email to: charges@mobal.com
