Data-Only SIM Cards / Data-Only eSIMs:
If you are using a Data-Only SIM / eSIM, we can confirm that there will be no additional charges. These products operate as a pre-paid service and so once you have paid the initial purchase fee for the SIM / eSIM, it will not be possible to incur any additional charges.
Voice+Data SIMs or eSIMs / Voice Lite SIMs or eSIMs / WiFi Devices:
If you are using a voice capable SIM / eSIM or a WiFi device, please be advised that (in addition to the initial purchase fee) you will also be charged for your chosen plan and (if you are using a voice capable SIM / eSIM) you will also be charged for any outbound calls / outbound texts.
When using a Voice Lite SIM / eSIM, you will also be charged a fee for your data usage if your usage exceeds the free 500MB data allowance included with your plan.

Please note that your usage reports are passed on to us with a delay (of approximately 1–2 months) and so as a result, any usage fees you incur will be billed at a later date.
