For any Mobal products with ongoing plan fees or usage fees (such as our Voice+Data SIM / eSIM products or WiFi devices), it’s your responsibility to ensure that the billing information we hold on file for you remains up to date.
If your billing information is no longer accurate and this causes payments to fail, this could lead to the suspension of your service (or even the termination of your service if the issue is not dealt with in time) and so it’s important to keep this in mind.
For customers using a standard Credit / Debit card as the payment method, we will send you an email reminder if your card is about to expire. If a payment is declined, we will also send you an email notification to alert you to the issue.
If you have not kept your email address up to date (by updating it through your Mobal online account) however, we will not be able to notify you.
Instructions:
To update your billing information, please login to your online account: www.mobal.com/myaccount
You will then be required to click on the Account button/tab as shown below:

On the next screen, please scroll down to the section titled Payment Methods and you will see list of all active services / details of your current billing information.
You can then choose the specific service you wish to update the billing information for (by clicking on the check box to the left of the relevant service) or you can click on the Select all lines check box to select all services.
Once you have made your selection, click on the Update Payment & Address Details button (if you need to update all information) or you can click on the Update Address Only button if it is only the billing address that requires an update.

A new window will open where you can enter your new billing information and once you have filled in the required fields, please click on the Submit button so that your update can be processed.
When updating your billing information, our system will automatically perform security checks on the information provided. This will include an authorization against your credit card for a small amount (usually to the value of approximately $1 / ¥100 ). Please rest assured that this is only an authorization (this will disappear from your statement within a few days) and we will not actually deduct this amount from your account.
