For some of our products (our Voice+Data SIM Cards / eSIMs and our Data-Only SIM cards) we offer a collection option. This would allow you to collect your order from one of our collection points upon arrival to Japan.

During the checkout process, simply select the “Pick-Up (Free)” option and you will then be able to choose a suitable collection point and your preferred collection date.

Full details of each collection point (such as the store name, location and opening times etc) will be available during the checkout process and your order confirmation email will also include details of your chosen collection point.
