Switching between Voice Lite & Voice+Data services

The Voice Lite SIM/eSIM products we offer cannot be converted to Voice+Data SIMs/eSIMs (or vice versa) and unfortunately, we are unable to transfer phone numbers between the two product types.

If an alternative SIM/eSIM type is required, you would be required to place a new order directly from your Mobal online account (MyAccount) by clicking on the “Buy New Product” button at the top of your account and following the prompts.

As mentioned above however, please be advised that the replacement SIM/eSIM will be assigned a new phone number once active.

Once the original service is no longer required, please also ensure (if you are using a Mobal product that’s on an ongoing plan) that you submit a termination request by following the instructions found here: Termination Guide
