Purchased or considering a voice-capable SIM or eSIM?

To use one of our voice-capable SIMs or eSIMs (such as the Voice+Data or Voice Lite products we offer), please be advised that you must be over the age of 18 to use this type of service.

This restriction is due to external regulations that are outside of our control and so unfortunately, we’re unable to make any exceptions.

Under the age of 18?

If you’re under 18, we won’t be able to ship or allow collection of a voice-capable SIM or eSIM.

Alternative options?

If you don’t meet the age requirement for our voice capable products, you might wish to consider purchasing a Data-Only SIM or eSIM instead.

There are no age restrictions on our Data-Only products, and they’ll still provide you with reliable internet access during your stay.

Already purchased a voice product but you’re under 18?

Please email care@mobal.com with your order number and our team will then cancel and refund your order.

You can then place a new order for one of our Data-Only products whenever you are ready.
