If you have enjoyed using our services and would like to make a referral, we offer a “Refer a Friend” program that would provide you (and the person you have referred to our service) with a ¥1,000 account credit.

To make a referral, please login to your Mobal online account: www.mobal.com/myaccount

Once you have logged in, simply click on the “Refer A Friend” tab located at the top of your account –

On the next screen, please scroll down to the “Please select a service…” drop-down section and choose the product you would like the account credit to be added to.

Once you have made your selection, your referral link will be displayed below this section as shown in the example below –

To make a referral, simply provide the interested party with the link shown in this section and once a new order has been placed (via the referral link) and the new service has been activated, the credit will be added automatically to both accounts.

It’s important to note that the account credit can only be deducted from charges that are incurred in the future from ongoing plan fees or usage fees.

Therefore, the account credit cannot be deducted from the initial purchase fee for a new product or the initial activation fee for a new service (as these charges will be processed through a separate system) but the credit will be automatically deducted from any future plan / usage fees that are incurred.
