Voice+Data SIM / Voice+Data eSIM

In addition to the initial purchase fee for your Voice+Data SIM / eSIM, you will also be charged for your plan and any additional usage fees you have incurred for outbound calls or outbound SMS text messages.
Short Term Plans:
If you select a short term plan (such as the 30, 60 or 90 day option), you will be billed for the entire plan (minus any usage charges) as an upfront fee when going through the activation process. You will not incur any additional plan fees unless you manually extend your short term plan or switch to an ongoing plan.
Any additional usage charges that you incur (for outbound calls / outbound SMS text messages) will be billed on a post-paid basis to the Credit / Debit Card or Paypal account linked to your Mobal account.
Long Term Plans:
If you select a long term plan and an activation date that falls part way through a calendar month, your first charge will be a partial pro-rated plan fee (for service between the activation date you have selected and the end of that calendar month).
A full plan fee would then be processed on the 1st of the following month and charges would continue in this way until you manually submit a termination request from your Mobal account.
If you select a termination date that falls part way through a calendar month however, please be advised that the full plan fee for that month will still apply (the final plan fee will not be pro-rated).
Any additional usage charges that you incur (for outbound calls / outbound SMS text messages) will be billed on a post-paid basis to the payment method we hold on file for you.
Usage Fees:
Your usage reports are passed on to us with a delay (of approximately 1-2 months) and so any usage fees you incur will be billed with a delay.

WiFi Devices
