Voice+Data SIMs / Voice+Data eSIMs / WiFi Devices

Once you have activated your Voice+Data SIM Card / eSIM or WiFi device, you will be assigned a high speed data allowance which will reset on the 1st of each month.
The data allowance will vary (depending on the plan you have selected) but you will be provided with access to a 4G LTE data connection (when available) until your allowance has run out.
Speeds can vary based on a number of factors that are beyond our control (such as network coverage / the quality of the connection, network congestion during peak times etc) and so we are unable to provide you with a connection speed estimate.
Once you have exceeded your high speed data allowance, basic internet may still be available but your connection speed will be restricted to a maximum of approximately 200Kbps (when using a Voice+Data SIM/eSIM) or approximately 384Kbps (when using a WiFi device). This restriction will then remain in place until you are assigned a new high speed data allowance on the 1st of the following month.

Our Data-Only SIM Card products will provide you with 4G LTE cellular data access (whenever possible) until the end of your 8/16/31 day plan duration or until you have exceeded your high speed data allowance (which will vary depending on which option you purchased).
As with any other services of this type, connection speeds can vary and may be lower during peak times or in areas where the network coverage is poor.
If the network receives reports of a high level of usage within a short time frame (usually in excess of 3GB of usage per day) however, the network may apply their ‘Fair Usage Policy’ and restrict your connection speed for 24 – 48 hours.
Once the restriction has been applied, basic internet access would usually still be available but results may vary.
This restriction would only be applied for the following day but if 500MB of data or more is used during this day (while the connection speed is restricted), this restriction may be applied the next day as well.
To remove this restriction, we would recommend that you disable data for 1 full day (or ensure that you use no more than 500MB of data for one full day) and we would then expect the restriction to be removed the following day.

Our Data-Only eSIM service will provide you with 4G LTE cellular data access (whenever possible) until the end of your 8/16/31 day plan duration or until you have exceeded the high speed data allowance (which will vary depending on which option you purchased).
As with any other services of this type however, connection speeds can vary and may be lower during peak times or in areas where the network coverage is poor.
Once you have consumed your high speed data allowance, internet access should still be available but your connection speeds will be reduced (to a maximum of approximately 200Kbps) for the remainder of the plan duration.
If you have exceeded your high speed data allowance (but still require access to high speed data), the only solution would be to purchase another Data-Only eSIM.
