Changing Collection Date / Location

When purchasing a Voice+Data SIM / Voice+Data eSIM or a physical Data-Only SIM, you can choose to collect your order from one of our collection points.

Simply select the Pick-Up (Free) option during the checkout process and you will then be asked to choose your preferred collection point and collection date.

Making Changes:

If the original collection point / collection date you selected is no longer suitable and you need to make a change, you can do this directly from your Mobal online account: www.mobal.com/myaccount

Once you have logged in to your account, please visit the Services section and then click on the Check/Change Pick-up Details button as shown in the image below –

On the next screen, you will be able to review the current details of your collection point order (i.e. the collection point / date you have selected and the opening times / location of the chosen collection point etc).

You can then click on the Update Pick-Up Details button and a new window will appear where you can choose an alternative collection point / an alternative pick-up date.

Once you have made the required changes, please click on the Update Pick-Up Details button again to submit your update.

Additional Information:

If you do not have time to make a change to your order, it is likely that you would still be able to collect your order at a later date or from a different location.

Your order will be held for up to two weeks (from the original collection date you selected) and you also have the option of visiting any of the collection points that were offered to you during the initial checkout process.

You can also collect your order earlier than your chosen collection date if required (as long as you have received the confirmation email) but only during the specified opening hours.

Please make sure to select a collection point that stocks your particular product. If you are purchasing a physical “Voice+Data SIM Card” for example, please only choose from the collection points shown in the “Information On Our Pick-up Locations in Japan for Voice SIMs” section at the link above.

If you plan to collect your order more than two weeks after the original collection date you selected however, please note that you will be required to manually change the collection date from your online account (by following the instructions above). This will then prevent your order from being automatically canceled after the two week holding period.

If the collection option is no longer suitable and you would like to cancel your order however, please send an email to our support team at support@mobal.com and we will arrange this for you.
