Unexpected Charges

If you are using a Data-Only SIM or a Data-Only eSIM, we can confirm that there will be no additional charges. These products operate as a pre-paid service and so once you have paid for the initial purchase, it will not be possible to incur any additional charges.

If you are using a Voice+Data SIM, a Voice+Data eSIM or a WiFi Device however, please be advised that there will be ongoing fees. In addition to the initial purchase fee, you will also be charged for your chosen plan and (if you are using a Voice+Data SIM/eSIM) you will also be charged for any outbound calls / outbound texts.

Please note that your usage reports are passed on to us with a delay (of approximately 1–2 months) and so as a result, any usage fees you incur will be billed at a later date.
