Refunded Transactions

If a refund was recently processed but you have not yet received it, please be advised that refunds can take approximately 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

If a record of the refund is still not visible after 10 business days however, please contact us at: charges@mobal.com

Our billing team can then look into this further for you and confirm the date the refund was completed.  You can then check your records again for the specified date but if the issue persists, we would recommend that you contact your payment provider (to provide details of the refunded transaction and ask if they are able to locate the record).

If your payment provider also confirms that they are unable to locate the refund however, please contact us again and our billing team will investigate the issue further.
