Account Ownership:
Please be advised that account ownership cannot be transferred and so once you have placed an order using your name / billing information, the account will always remain linked to you.
Therefore, it will not be possible to edit the “Account Holder Name” section within your Mobal online account (MyAccount).
If a friend / relative etc requires access to their own account, they would be required to place a new order using their own name and billing information (so that a separate account can be created).
This restriction is for security purposes and unfortunately, we are unable to make any exceptions.
Name Changes:
For security purposes, the “Account Holder Name” section within your Mobal online account (MyAccount) cannot be changed.
If you are the account holder and your name has changed (or the account is linked to a company and the previous account holder has left the company) however, our support team can assist you with this change.
In these circumstances, please send an email to: charges@mobal.com
Please include your name, the alterations required and your Mobal phone number / the billing address associated with your Mobal account. Please also ensure that you send your request from the email address associated with your Mobal account.
Our Credit Control team should then be able to assist you further!
